PURPOSE OF THE APP<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-OeGToWWgVZ\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">LINMO is a marketplace for sports activities where users can discover, organize, and participate in various activities. LINMO only facilitates connections and does not organize, manage, or take responsibility for the activities themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"block-3YSE4rbqMk\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users are solely responsible for their participation in activities and assume all associated risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizers must ensure the safety and feasibility of the activities they propose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"block-BOZ6GRRCSI\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">4. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>LINMO does not organize or oversee activities and is not liable for injuries, damages, or disputes arising from participation in activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LINMO does not verify the qualifications of organizers or the safety of the activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users waive any claims against LINMO related to their participation in activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"block-htzCz7fPlx\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some activities may require payment. Transactions are handled via third-party payment processors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LINMO does not offer refunds; refund policies depend on the organizer\u2019s terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"block-tTNGYySTNu\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">6.
